How the seminars are organised
Our seminars are tailor-made to suit the needs of your employees. We will normally provide the seminar leader and the specialist speakers or you may wish to provide an in-house speaker, to discuss your own needs.
Content
We develop the programme with you based on the needs of your staff and your requirements. There is a core content with additional material depending on the type of seminar, the age, salary level and personal needs of the participants.
Duration
Normally 1 or 2 days however, the seminars can be delivered in modular form.
Who for?
Staff at any level in the company.
In-house
Seminars can be held in a suitable room in your offices, a training or conference room.
Hotels
You may wish to have the seminars away from the workplace in a hotel or training centre. The seminars can be non residential or residential, in which case more time can be given to personal discussions with participants on topics if importance to them. We can suggest a hotel or you may have your own preference.
Partners
On a number of subjects, we work with educational institutions that are our partners.
Numbers
In order to ensure that your staff benefit to the fullest extent, we recommend a maximum of 12 participants at a time. The number can be discussed if higher than that.
Cost
We will agree costs with you at the outset. Fees will be either on a per delegate rate or an inclusive seminar fee.
Style
All seminars are run in a relaxed and personal style with plenty of time and opportunity for each person to have their own personal questions addressed. If necessary, extra time is given to individuals with particular problems.
Support material
All seminars would have a handout booklet which provides detailed backup to the main subject areas covered in the seminar.
Evaluation
Each participant is asked to complete a post-seminar evaluation sheet which is returned directly to you.
